For Completing the admission formalities , parents are requested to fill the Admission Form, and Use of school Bus Form (where applicable) . These Form are to be carefully completed and submitted to the school office along with initial payment of fees during office hours namely from 8.00 a.m to 1.30 p.m on all working days.
1. The parents will then procure the uniform and stationery kit from the school shops.
2. The child has to report in complete school uniform along with the books and stationery as prescribed by the school.
3: Birth certificate
3.1) Mont-1 : As stated in the admission application form , the date of birth of the child is required to be supported by a certificate Photostat copy of the birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation/ Local bodies as applicable. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of date of birth for admission.
3.2) Class-1 onwards : original Transfer certificate is required from the previous school for students seeking admission at SIS Gurgaon . A child will not be issued an admit card if he transfer certificate is not submitted.
